Consulting & Accompaniment

Charles undertakes:

1:1 Accompaniment of CEOs and
Exploratory Sessions with ExCos and Boards

Accompaniment is a term we use rather than consultant, mentor or coach.

Accompaniment is about inspiration, support and challenge in a completely confidential setting, using a coaching approach, but bringing into the room, where relevant, both Blueprint’s thinking and insights gained from Charles’ experience.

Accompaniment over time is extremely helpful in enabling and sustaining lasting shifts in thinking and practice, offering soft accountability and consistent challenge in a trusted relationship.

The aim is to contribute to achieving a successful purpose-led organisation for you and your leadership team.

Charles works with trusted associates as needed in running exploratory sessions for ExCos.

Business School Teaching

Charles gives presentations on his approach to purpose-led business and the experience of seeing companies change over time.

He will include case studies of businesses he has worked with and how they achieved their goals.

Teaching clients include IESE in Barcelona, Said Business school in Oxford (working with the Economics of Mutuality) , IEA in Buenos Aires and Fordham Business School in New York.
